New Directions Consulting, Inc. announces the publication of a new series of business manuals. Each of these Consulting Packs consists of a manual, an Appendix or a CD of various helpful forms or lists, and a creativity tool aimed at helping you remember some of the best practices described in the manual.
Thirty plus years is a long time to work in one discipline. But the field of new product development is so intriguing, we've managed to spend that many years and have never been bored. Part of the reason is that the tasks associated with new products are varied and interesting in themselves. We've decided to offer this series of Consulting Packs to share our knowledge and experiences with a broader audience.
Since 1987, we've conducted tests using our trademark research tool -- Building Blockssm -- for 12 to 15 client companies each year. We also use our training in creativity and qualitative research to conduct other types of early stage ideation, concept development and positioning work.
By offering these consulting packs, we hope to help a whole new audience of people that we might never meet face to face. Many of the ideas and tools are easy to adapt and use without our personal presence. If anything’s confusing or hard to understand, feel free to give us a call or email the author.
