About Hank Goldwasser

Hank holds a degree in English from Brooklyn College and an MBA in Marketing from Iona College.
In his 30+ years in the marketing research industry, Hank has held various positions in research and tabulating firms. He started New Directions Consulting, Inc. in 1979. A trained qualitative moderator, he has led group discussions dealing with computer utilization, financial services and public utilities. He is also experienced in conducting research among employees on issues such as compensation and corporate communications. Hank is the firm's online moderator.
Hank is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association, where he serves as the editor of their in-house newsletter, Connections.
