Our History

Hank founded New Directions in 1979 and was our chief cheerleader, behind-the-scenes magician and operational wizard. As we continue to offer the best in qualitative research and creativity consulting, we will forever be inspired by his commitment to integrity, humor and respect for others.

We currently emphasize our expertise in new product development – having helped more than 100 companies with the introduction of many new consumer products over the years.
